Beyoncé's highly anticipated "Cowboy Carter" tour began with a spectacular opening night at Los Angeles’s SoFi Stadium.

While Queen Bey delivered her usual powerhouse performance, it was her daughters, Blue Ivy and Rumi Carter, who stole the spotlight and melted the hearts of her adoring fans.

Thirteen-year-old Blue Ivy, who is already no stranger to the stage after making her appearance during her mom’s Renaissance World Tour, showed how much she has grown as a performer.

She confidently showed off her moves alongside professional dancers in a number of routines, shining in songs like “YA YA” and “America Has a Problem.”

Her performance during “Deja Vu” was a highlight of the night, where she took centre stage, leading the choreography with confidence.

But the most heartwarming surprise of the evening came when seven-year-old Rumi Carter made her stage debut.

During Beyoncé’s performance of “Protector,” a track featuring Rumi’s own vocals, the youngest Carter joined her mother and sister in a touching family moment.

Dressed in a sparkling gold dress and matching cowboy boots, Rumi waved excitedly to the crowd before wrapping her arms tightly around her mother.

Beyoncé, visibly emotional, paused briefly in the performance to embrace her daughter, with Blue Ivy standing proudly beside them.

Proud grandmother Tina Knowles shared an image of the family huddled together on stage surrounded by dancers saying, “Oh my God this moment!! The tears, the love the protection. It’s one of my favorite songs on the record. Because it talks about allowing your children to grow and to shine on their own, but still being a protector.”

While Rumi has now had her moment in the spotlight, her twin brother Sir Carter continues to remain out of the public eye.
