Say hello to 'Justin van Bieber': the hilarious TikTok star who’s a spitting image of the pop icon

Recently, TikToker @jamessweetnam, a Bieber doppelgänger, has gone viral and captured the attention of social media users after he replied to a comment that he is “Justin van Bieber.”

The content creator certainly shocked many by just how much he resembles the American singer, and his video has amassed over 571,000 views, 86,000 likes and 15,000 shares.

Like a true South African, though, he replied hilariously to the comment and decided to sing one of Bieber's hit tracks, “Baby”, in Afrikaans and even changed the lyrics to better suit his nickname.

The TikToker has now even claimed the nickname he was given and now introduces himself as “Justin van Bieber.”

The comment section was flooded with hilarious comments and also creative nicknames that many came up with for our Bieber lookalike.

“Close enough, waar is Hailey (Where is Hailey),” @Lady_T commented.

“When you buy Justin Bieber tickets from Temu,” @Sinomtha said.

While @belltjies came up with another nickname and wrote: “Justin de Bieber.

Other hilarious nicknames that people came up with include Jacobus Bieber and Justin van der Bieber.

We all have our lookalikes, however for celebrities, sometimes it gets to extreme situations, as some of these people use this to their advantage and use the opportunity to make money.

For instance, there was a Bieber impersonator who went viral last month as he performed pretending to be the actual star at a night club in Las Vegas.

However, due to his vocals as well as his demeanour, many online users were not convinced by Bieber's performance, including the crowd itself.

In addition, Rihanna is also a common celebrity who has thousands of lookalikes, and one of them calls herself an impersonator of the singer.

Priscilla Beatrice has made a name for herself in the industry as a Rihanna impersonator and has even performed as Rihanna at one point.
