SA’s Chris Clark named in top 20 yachting photographers worldwide

Chris Clark's image of a Mirror on the Mountain has been selected in the top 20 yachting images in the world. He is the only photographer in the Southern Hemisphere to be shortlisted.

Chris Clark's image of a Mirror on the Mountain has been selected in the top 20 yachting images in the world. Clark snapped the photo during the Marriott Mirror World Championship hosted offshore by Point Yacht Club in April and submitted it to the Pantaenius Yacht Racing Image Award.
What makes news special is that Clark's photograph is the only one from South Africa and the only one representing the Southern Hemisphere, from the 20 other yachting photographers shortlisted.
A total of 120 images were selected, with members of the public world wide, invited to vote for their favourite. The top 20 will be on display at an exhibition at the Metstrade Show in the Elicium in Hall, Amsterdam from Tuesday, November 18 to Friday, November 20, with the photographers acknowledged at a special ceremony.
