A NUMBER of websites and online applications have been affected by technical issues, with users reporting problems logging in to Facebook and X, among other platforms.
BBC.com reported that infrastructure firm, Cloudflare, was hit with technical problems.

"Cloudflare is aware of and investigating an issue which impacts multiple customers: Widespread 500 errors, Cloudflare Dashboard and API also failing. We are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem.
It added that services were starting to recover but customers may continue to observe higher-than-normal error rates as it continues remediation efforts.
