uShaka Marine World's Wet ’n Wild is open, following the completion of repairs and comprehensive technical assessments of the water park.
The temporary closure was due to a technical fault within the water plant system, which required immediate attention to safeguard critical operational infrastructure and ensure proper water quality for guests.
Technical teams have completed the necessary repairs and conducted inspections, ensuring all water quality and safety standards are fully compliant, according to a statement by the eThekwini Municipality.
Ndabo Khoza, CEO of uShaka Marine World said the safety of guests and the integrity of the facilities remain the park’s highest priorities.
“We are satisfied that all necessary measures have been implemented and that Wet ’n Wild is ready to safely welcome visitors once again. We extend our sincere appreciation to all stakeholders for their patience and continued support,” said Khoza.
