The South African Health Products Regulatory Authority this week announced a recall of specific batches of Citro-Soda Regular products.
The recall follows the identification of a potential risk of foreign material contamination during an inspection conducted at the Adcock Ingram Clayville, Johannesburg, manufacturing facility.
This comes following a Carte Blanche interview with a whistleblower who reported potential contamination of certain Citro Soda products.
