High School Jam
The much anticipated High School Jam returns to GrandWest for the seventh consecutive year in August 2017. Over 1 200 teenage performers from ten Western Cape Schools will be part of this year’s talent show at the Grand Arena.

Der Fliegende Hollander
The myth of the cursed sea captain and his ghostly ship comes home to the Cape of Good Hope, in a spectacular new production in the Naspers Grand Masters series. Cape Town Opera Associate Music Director Tim Murray leads the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra through the tempestuous straits of Wagner`s elemental score, while Matthew Wild`s new production unleashes the ghosts of Dutch colonialism in the modern Mother City.
