Phaedra Parks is set to make a return on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”.

Although Parks stated that “The Traitors” was her favourite thing to do involving TV, she is ready to be a housewife again.

The star, 50, is officially returning to the franchise that made her a household name, as a full-time cast member for season 16.

"You called, I answered," Parks said on Instagram on Monday, July 29, confirming the news with a photoshoot of her holding a peach again.

Her grand return comes hot on the heels of some juicy drama; just a month earlier, news broke that Kenya Moore would be exiting the series.

The former Miss USA had reportedly been canned from the show for allegedly revealing explicit pictures of new cast member Brittany Eady while the Bravo cameras were rolling on June 6 at the grand opening of her new Kenya Moore Hair Spa.

At the time, an insider told “PEOPLE” that Moore was retaliating after Eady allegedly threatened her co-star using the word “gun."

However, a second source close to production disputed that, saying, “At no time was Kenya ever threatened with a weapon, nor was there ever a weapon present during the course of production."

An investigation was said to be launched by Bravo to look into the incident. The results, sources told “PEOPLE”, are what led to Moore's exit.

In an interview withRolling Stone” earlier this year, our returning star was asked if she’d ever consider coming back to being a housewife, when asked about Kandi Burruss leaving the show and if she'd make a comeback.

She responded: “Honey, they are shaking, honey. Shaking like shake and bake. I actually spoke to Porsha [Williams] right before I started interviews [today],” she recalled.

“Never say never. I mean, I was on the show when it was the best of the whole franchise, and I would love to see that happen again because Atlanta can be great. They just need great talent, and they haven’t had that in a few years.”
