South African singer Kelly Khumalo, no stranger to the headlines, found herself in a heated situation after missing her flight, allegedly thanks to some serious mishaps by the airline, CemAir.

Heartbroken and frustrated, she didn't hold back her feelings when she shared her ordeal in a video that quickly went viral on social media.

In the video, which was shared by a user on X, Khumalo says she arrived at the airport on time but chaos ensued when the airline failed to communicate or display crucial flight information on the airport's screens.

Clearly upset, the “Empini” hitmaker also had a sharp message for fellow South Africans, urging them to steer clear of the airline.

“S*** service from CemAir; we missed our flight. When we are there, it’s not on screens. They don’t even bother to send an SMS, so that we don’t get to miss our flight. This is what we are dealing with,” she fumed.

Khumalo urged fellow South Africans to boycott the airline, saying: “South Africa must never ever support this s***** airline!”

X users didn’t seem to care though, @Buja3D commented: “Anything that involves that one. May she miss all the flights except the one to Jesus’s home.”

Bongani_Wale commented: “So Kelly Khumalo thinks South Africans sympathise with her ? South Africans will buy flowers for this airline to annoy her. South Africans hate Kelly Khumalo.”

@ZYantolo7 joked: “Lol. I guess they didn’t want her there … they wanna see her in jail … Miss Gupta.”

@DonMedellin1985 wrote: “Kelly mustn’t lie for attention. On your boarding pass, all the details are there, screens are for convenience, really. She should have just been there on time to board. She was the one that was late, period.”
