Cape Town - One&Only Cape Town is the luxury destination du jour and this stellar urban resort has planned a cracker line-up of celebrations for their VIP guests overnighting or visiting for the day with festivities running from December 2015 through to January 2016.

This December will see One&Only Cape Town light up with a series of special events to be remembered.
NOBU Cape Town and Vista Bar & lounge
Thanks to its reputation as the worlds most recognised Japanese restaurant, which is known for its innovative new style cuisine and hip crowd, there’s no doubt that Nobu Cape Town will certainly be a popular dining destination this festive season. New Year’s Eve is sure to be a bash, priced at R2695 per person. For a festive activity, why not join the chef’s brigade for a sushi making lesson? Everyday from 4-5pm will see the sushi chefs show off and share their skills with their students. Priced from R795 per person.
Situated just off the resort lobby and blessed with a magnificent mountain view, Vista Bar & Lounge is a hub of activity from morning to night and this December, visitors and overnighting guests alike can enjoy everything from afternoon tea to cocktail making master classes, led by the resort’s outstanding mixologists. Of course, if you’d prefer to sit back, relax and sip on any of Vista’s signature modern and classic cocktails this is certainly the right place to be.

On the New Year’s Menu…

At Vista Bar, VIP tables for up to four guests will include a bottle of Dom Perignon and 120g Beluga Caviar for R18 000 but one of the resort’s New Year’s highlights will undoubtedly be the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Dance (R2265 per person).
Held in the all-white chandeliered ballroom, the event kicks off at 7pm on December 31st with cocktails, bubbly and canapés, followed by a seated gourmet dinner in the beautifully bedecked ballroom and a festive countdown to 2016 in Vista. Live Music, dancing, DJ’s and a Cape Minstrels performance ensure that guests will have fabulous memories of the last night of 2015 spent in the most luxurious hotel in the city.
